Terms and Conditions for The Golf Simulator Shed Private Membership

Fingerprint Access:

Each member will have exclusive access to the golf studio using their fingerprint for the specified session(s) they have booked.
Induction:

All members will undergo a comprehensive induction covering the entire system and building.

Golf Coaching
Members get discounted coaching at a cost of £29 per hour. For every hour lesson the member will use have 1 hour taken from their monthly allowance. 

Guests:

Members are allowed to bring up to two guests at any time. If the membership is shared by 2 or 3 people, hours can be either split between them or used together.
Members are responsible for their guests and must provide them with a brief induction.

Booking Sessions:

Members can book sessions up to 31 days in advance.
Sessions are booked by the hour. For example, a 2-hour booking requires selecting two 1-hour sessions.
Please clean the room before leaving to ensure it is ready for the next member. You must vacate once your session time is up.
Equipment Maintenance:

Members must ensure that their golf clubs, including grooves, are clean before play.

Golf Balls:

Members must use their own clean, marker-free, and scuff-free golf balls.

Unused Hours:

The monthly hour allocation must be used each month; otherwise, the member will lose their remaining hours.

Skill-Based Training:

Each member will have access to specific skill-based training tailored to their requirements.

Wedgeworx Program:

All members will have access to the Wedgeworx Program.

Security:

Members agree not to share their door access code with anyone under any circumstances.

Membership Duration and Fees:

Memberships are available for periods of 3, 6, or 12 months, with membership fees deducted monthly from the original payment method.
These terms and conditions are binding upon acceptance of membership and may be subject to periodic review and updates. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of membership. Members are encouraged to review the terms regularly for any changes.
